What happens during your visit
The whole visit takes about an hour to an hour and a half, most of it waiting for the numbing cream. Tap each step for details.
1. Consultation and consentBefore any treatment
Your doctor reviews your health, your erection quality and your medication, recommends the P-Shot type that suits you and explains the expected benefits. You sign a consent form only when you are comfortable.
2. NumbingPrivate room, numbing cream
Medical numbing cream is applied and left on for up to about 50 minutes, so the injections feel like light pressure. The area is then cleaned with antiseptic.
3. Preparing your P-ShotFrom your blood, or a sterile vial
For a PRP P-Shot, a small amount of blood is taken from your arm and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. For an exosome, secretome or stem cell P-Shot, a sterile, sealed vial is prepared under the doctor's supervision.
4. The injectionA few minutes
The doctor injects the P-Shot slowly into the erectile chambers, usually one or two points on each side, with a very fine needle (27G to 30G). Slow, controlled injection keeps it accurate and comfortable.
5. AftercareHome the same day
Light pressure is applied and you rest briefly while we check you are well. Mild tenderness or bruising is normal. Avoid sex for a day or two and avoid anti-inflammatory painkillers (NSAIDs) for a few days, as your doctor advises. Your review is booked before you leave.

How many sessions, and when results show
A PRP P-Shot is usually 2 or 3 sessions about 4 weeks apart. Exosome and secretome P-Shots are usually 1 to 3 injections, often alongside a course of ESWT, and stem cell plans are set individually. Your doctor reviews your progress at each visit.

Mild tenderness or light bruising at the injection points settles. You are back at work the next day, and the repair signals start working in the tissue.

Can I combine the P-Shot with ESWT?
Yes, and many clients do. ESWT builds new blood vessels with sound waves while the P-Shot adds repair signals for sensitivity and firmness. A 2025 review of seven trials found PRP plus shockwave worked better than shockwave alone.
Will the P-Shot make my penis bigger?
The P-Shot is a treatment for erection quality and sensitivity. Some men feel fuller erections as blood flow improves, but it is not a size enlargement procedure, and we do not promise size changes.
