About SuamiSihat Clinic
A private men's health clinic registered under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services. Act 1998 (Act 586), operating in Subang Jaya, Selangor and Kota Bharu, Kelantan since 2019.
We provide medical assessment and management for men's health concerns, hormonal, urological, reproductive and sexual health. Every patient is seen by a doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council, in a private consultation room, with a written clinical record.

SuamiSihat Clinic was built on a simple but powerful mission:
to help men reclaim their confidence, performance & quality of life.
Across Malaysia, countless men struggle silently with issues like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, hormone imbalance, infertility & STDs.
But many choose not to seek help, out of fear, shame, or simply not knowing where to go.
We saw that gap.
And from that, SuamiSihat Clinic (SS Clinic) was founded as Malaysia’s #1 men’s health clinic, a safe and private space where men can get real medical help, without judgment, without stigma & without embarrassment.
Here, every man is treated with empathy, privacy and modern clinical care designed specifically for men.

Meet Our Experts
In routine general practice, men's sexual and hormonal health rarely comes up in the first ten minutes of a consultation. It comes up at the door, on the way out, a question asked quickly, half-turned away, when the patient has decided he has nothing to lose.
Dr. Rakesh Subbiah saw that pattern repeat for 5+ years across many clinics. The clinical issue was rarely complex. The barrier was the setting: a shared waiting room, a queue within earshot, a consultation slot built for a ten-minute complaint.
SuamiSihat Clinic was opened in 2019 to change one variable, the setting. Longer consultation slots. A closed room. A doctor who has seen the same presentation several hundred times and does not react to it.
Since opening, we have conducted approximately 10,000 consultations. 75% of first visits are for concerns the patient reports having had for more than a year before seeking help. That figure is the reason this clinic exists, and it has not moved much since 2019.
We are a general men's health clinic, not a specialist centre. Where a case needs urology, endocrinology or fertility specialist input, we refer. Our referral pathway is set out in

How Consultation Works Here
1. Booking and intake.
Appointments are made by phone, WhatsApp or the website. You will be asked for basic details before the visit so the consultation time is spent on the consultation.
2. History.
A doctor takes a full history, the presenting concern, duration, medical background, current medications, lifestyle factors, and relevant psychological and relationship context. This typically takes 30 minutes. It is not rushed, and it is not delegated to a form.
3. Examination & Investigation.
Physical examination is performed where clinically relevant, with a chaperone available on request. Blood investigations are ordered where the history indicates, commonly hormonal, metabolic and cardiovascular markers, because these conditions frequently share underlying causes. Samples are processed by an accredited laboratory.
4. Explanation before Treatment.
You are told what the findings mean, what the likely cause is, what the options are, what each option involves, what it costs, and what the evidence says about how well it works, including where the evidence is weak or mixed. You are told the expected side effects.
5. Management.
Any prescription medicine dispensed is registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) and carries an MAL registration number. We do not dispense unregistered products, compounded sexual-performance preparations, or supplements marketed on unverified claims.
6. Follow-up or referral.
A review interval is agreed before you leave. Where the case falls outside general practice, you are referred to a specialist with a written referral letter.
7. Records.
A written clinical record is kept for every consultation, retained and handled in accordance with the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services (Private Medical Clinics or Private Dental Clinics) Regulations 2006 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Our Standards
What We Do Not Do
We do not guarantee outcomes.Response to treatment varies between individuals. Any clinic that guarantees a result for these conditions is making a claim that neither the clinical evidence nor Malaysian advertising law supports.
We do not publish testimonials including before-and-after images, or treatment outcome claims. This is not a stylistic choice. Testimonials from patients may not be published by healthcare facilities under the Ministry of Health's advertising guidelines for private healthcare facilities and services.
We do not advertise prescription medicines to the public, name them in promotional material, or promote them by brand.
We do not treat without assessment. We will not issue a prescription based on a WhatsApp message or a phone description alone.
We do not manage every condition. Complex urological surgery, oncology, specialist fertility procedures and psychiatric care are referred out.

How Our Health Information is Written & Reviewed
Every clinical article on this site is written by Dr. Rakesh Subbiah and reviewed by doctors registered with the Malaysian Medical Council before publication. The reviewing doctor's name and the review date appear at the head of each article.
Clinical content is checked against Malaysian Clinical Practice Guidelines published by the Ministry of Health where one exists for the topic, and against guidance from the European Association of Urology, the American Urological Association and the International Society for Sexual Medicine where it does not.
Clinical pages are reviewed at least once every 6 months, and sooner if guidance changes. Where we use AI tools to assist drafting, a named doctor reviews and takes responsibility for accuracy before publication.
If you find an error on this site, write to [email protected]. We correct errors and note the correction and its date on the page.
