Appointments made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or walk-in channels are subject to availability. You agree to arrive on time and understand that late arrivals may result in shortened consultation time or rescheduling. For cancellations or changes, you are responsible for notifying us in advance. Any failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit, depending on the service booked. Telehealth or virtual consultations follow the same terms and are not a replacement for emergency medical care.

Payments for clinical services, wellness programmes, treatments, and products must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an instalment arrangement is provided. For instalment plans, you agree to follow the payment schedule set by Suami Sihat Clinic & Wellness. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where services cannot be delivered due to operational issues on our side. Refund requests, if eligible, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed according to our refund policy.

Any products purchased from Suami Sihat Clinic & Wellness, including supplements, wellness packages, and treatment items, must be used according to the instructions provided. We are not liable for side effects or issues arising from misuse, failure to follow professional advice, or combining our products with other medications without consulting a healthcare professional.
